“rotates chaotically”…Well, YEAH. I mean, just look at that thing. It’s a wonder it can rotate at all.
Imagine living on a planet like that, you’d alwys be looking over your shoulder, wondering when it would spin out of control and come crashing into your planet. undoubtedly, it would disgorge all of the spooky inhabitants of its caverns in the process!
